Your insights into your experiences with Kummara are invaluable to us.

We have been made aware of instances involving significant cultural disrespect and bullying behaviour towards individuals in our organisation using social media, group think and anonymity, that commenced from the 6th December 2023. Whilst we fully support and respect each individuals right to be heard and express their personal views and at times these views may not be based in fact. It is important to underscore that the use of social media and anonymity for criticism or engaging in bullying is altogether too easy and neither fair nor conducive to fostering a positive environment of change.

Opinions and ill-informed complaints, lacking factual basis or context, can be unhelpful as they may not contribute constructively to problem-solving or improvement processes. To address concerns effectively, it's crucial to have, and we will always welcome, accurate and well-informed feedback that provides actionable insights for positive change. Unsupported opinions or complaints may hinder the identification of genuine issues and impede any progress toward meaningful solutions. We ask you to ensure your actions are well informed and evidenced and our commitment is to treat all with respect and consideration.

We take your feedback seriously and are fully committed to promptly addressing any concerns.
